PAYMENT DETAIL

Full payment is required to secure the booking AND the balanced must be CLEARED 3 WEEKS BEFORE departure. This is a requirement from the airlines.

Once received, reviewed and agreed, payment invoice will be sent. This can be paid by:
- Debit / Credit cards / BACS transfer
- Cheques or CASH payments

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

This reflects only our costs of administering a reservation and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing i.e. email. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation. Refunds will be processed 10 days after our receipt of your written cancellation
