Terms and conditions
Any booking received by Islamic Travels towards package constitutes full knowledge and acceptance of all terms and conditions. Each person making reservations for or participating in tours as described in this website understands and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.
AGE:
No minimum age but children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION:
Visa has been included in the package and will be administered by Islamic Travels. Each traveller must have a valid passport with at least 6 months minimum remaining on validity.
INSURANCE:
Islamic Travels provides no insurance for passengers due to loss on the trip herein. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for health while travelling and/or baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to passengers if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.
SPECIAL NEEDS:
Currently, we do not have the facilities and resources to cater for our brothers and sisters with Special Needs. Inshallah, we are working on a Itinerary to cater such request.
MEDICAL:
You must be fit and well to travel. It is the responsibility of the individual traveller to decide whether they are medically fit and able to undertake this travel.
TIP & TAXES:
Tips to guides, drivers, hotel staff etc are not included
in the package costs and are at your own discretion. Additional taxes, security
charges or any other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and
other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features.
NOT INCLUDED IN RATES:
The following is a list of some major items not included in the rates: Room
service charges laundry, internet usage, medical services, hotel minbar
and items of a personal nature.
COMPLAINTS:
Any complaints must be reported immediately within 24 hours to the Tour Leader who will do everything possible to resolve the matter.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY:
Agents: "Oxford Vision" / "Islamic Travels "
The responsibility of Oxford Vision / Islamic Travels and its agents act only as agents for passenger in regards to travel whether by air, railroad, motor coach or any other conveyance and assumes no defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying members or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident in the sea, or air, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any other causes.
Oxford Vision / Islamic Travels can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to travellers due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour services included but not limited to guide services, hotel accommodations, meals and other services are furnished by third parties who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of Oxford Vision / Islamic Travels and with whom Oxford Vision /Islamic Travels has no relationship as joint venture or otherwise. Therefore Oxford Vision / Islamic Travels shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with such package.
